Job Description
Helium 10 is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Representative to recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential affiliate partners, guiding them through the activation process, and ensuring they generate new subscriptions. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, relationship-building, and onboarding.
  • Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners.
  • Onboard and activate new affiliates, ensuring they understand how to drive subscriptions.
  • Track affiliate progress and ensure each recruit generates at least one new subscription.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Managers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, onboarding progress, and activation status in Salesforce (or CRM).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on onboarding numbers, activation rates, and time to first subscription.
  • Identify trends in successful affiliates and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively through calls, Zoom meetings, and affiliate dinners.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM tools, and affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment 2-3 times per week in Irvine, CA.
