Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join their team in Toronto. This role is pivotal in bringing new products to market, supporting global manufacturing lines, and maintaining high quality throughout builds. The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in investigating and analyzing manufacturing failures and product defects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of manufacturing processes, quality metrics, and project progress.
- Engage with suppliers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with various engineering projects, including new product introductions, equipment upgrades, and process optimizations.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with precision in documenting and analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving manufacturing issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, Minitab, Excel) is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
