Monzo is seeking a Principal Product Manager in Operations to spearhead high-impact initiatives, leveraging technologies like ML and LLMs to elevate Monzo's customer support. The role involves close collaboration with directors in Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to shape Monzo’s product strategy for Customer Support and drive innovation.
