Job Description
Clara is seeking an Account Executive specializing in Fuel and Fleet Solutions to drive the strategy, growth, and evolution of Clara Combustible in Mexico. This hybrid role involves business development, sales, and product strategy, requiring collaboration with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Clara Combustible in Mexico.
  • Develop the customer pipeline and lead direct sales.
  • Provide feedback to product and tech teams to enhance Clara Combustible.
  • Act as a fleet consultant for existing clients.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Share market insights and trends.
  • Monitor the competition.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the fuel payment and fleet management industry.
  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial roles, product strategy, or business development within fintech, payments, fleet, or fuel industries.
  • Deep knowledge of the corporate fleet ecosystem.
  • Ability to drive direct sales and support the commercial team.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
