Senior/ Lead Product Analyst

Job Description

Cleo is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Analyst to join their team in Poland. This role is within the EWA (Earned Wage Access) pillar, where the analyst will enable the team to make better decisions faster. The analyst will work in a cross-functional squad with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to drive the future of Cleo's product.Role involves:

• Conducting deep-dive analysis of the EWA feature-set and commercial profit and loss metrics.
• Influencing the roadmap through data-based recommendations.
• Defining how to quantitatively evaluate success, setting KPIs, and designing tracking.
• Conducting A/B tests and causal analyses.
• Building models of user-segmentation and customer lifetime value.
• Working with Analytics Engineering to prioritize data modeling needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
• Ability to define new product metrics from complex data.
• Fluency with commercial data and key concepts around user value and profitability.
• Knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regressions).
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset, Looker, Mode).
