Cleo is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and develop engineers across cross-functional product squads. This role involves people management, technical leadership, and collaboration with product, data, and experience teams. The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for the well-being and development of their reports, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products for Cleo's customers.
Role Involves:
- Managing and developing multiple squads and engineers.
- Building headcount plans and overseeing hiring.
- Ensuring technical leadership and process improvement.
- Collaborating with product, data, and experience teams.
- Developing squad-focused Leads into more senior positions.
Requirements:
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Understanding of building a culture of technical excellence.
- Previous experience as a hands-on software developer.
- Strong communication skills.
