Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Social Media Lead to spearhead its organic social vision, enhance cultural relevance, brand affinity, and user acquisition through compelling storytelling and strategic initiatives. The Social Media Lead will work within the Creative Studio to develop engaging content, shape the social media vision, and integrate social strategies across the company's growth and user engagement efforts.

Role involves:
  • Evolving organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Defining long-term goals for growth, engagement, community management, and impact.
  • Leading content planning, editorial calendars, and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Managing internal and external creators, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Providing mentorship to junior team members.
  • Overseeing reporting and performance reviews for organic social.
  • Establishing relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of trends.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing social channels for a consumer brand or publisher.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving social landscape.
  • Strong visual and written storytelling skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis.
  • Confident communication skills.
