Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Commercial Associate to contribute to the ideation and modeling of new global product ideas, specifically within the Chat Pillar. This role reports to the Director of Commercial and will be integral to the commercial function at Cleo, driving ideas from conception to scalable delivery.

Role Involves:
  • Commercial Strategy: Helping to set the commercial direction of the business and prioritizing new initiatives.
  • Product Improvement: Collaborating with product teams to enhance the product development process.
  • Partnerships: Assisting in negotiation processes and providing insights to improve products and facilitate global growth.
  • Complex Modeling: Constructing and maintaining intricate models to guide expansion efforts and enable data-driven choices.
  • Best Practice: Developing and promoting best analytical practices within Cleo.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a top-tier consultancy, investment bank, or venture fund.
  • Demonstrated ability for autonomously conceiving and executing projects.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing complex financial models.
  • Aptitude for solving intricate, open-ended challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to rapidly grasp novel concepts and approach problems with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ideally, strong familiarity with SQL and/or experience with Python.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with LLMs and generative AI.
