Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance Team in the U.S. This role will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance and will be instrumental in managing the marketing compliance review process. Cleo is a fast-growing fintech company, and this role offers the opportunity to shape something transformative.
The role involves:
- Serving as the primary compliance point of contact for marketing materials.
- Reviewing materials for UDAAP and regulatory red flags.
- Driving the marketing/compliance review process.
- Facilitating the transfer of marketing assets to external partners.
- Attending meetings with bank partners and internal teams.
- Assisting with other compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
- At least three years of marketing/ad review experience in a bank or fintech compliance role.
- Experience focusing on financial services consumer banking, payments, or lending compliance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to conceive and execute projects independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
