Cleo is seeking an Innovation Lead to drive its diversification strategy in the fintech space. The Innovation Lead will be at the forefront of discovering high-impact New Bets that redefine Cleo’s product offering and expand its revenue streams. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, combining imaginative creativity with sharp strategic thinking to generate and validate ideas that have the potential to shape Cleo’s future.
Role involves:
- Developing a deep understanding of user problems and the competitive landscape.
- Running ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate early-stage concepts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape and evolve ideas.
- Mapping key assumptions and coordinating testing plans to validate concepts.
- Building compelling, data-informed cases for investment in developed concepts.
- Identifying unmet needs and emerging trends through partnership with Research and Product Marketing.
Ideal candidate should have:
- A proven track record of originating and developing groundbreaking ideas.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- A mix of creative instinct and rigorous problem-solving abilities.
- Deep experience in consumer-facing products (B2C); fintech experience is a must.
- Familiarity with customer research, market analysis, and strategic validation methods.
