• Ensure design excellence and set a high bar for quality across all products.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from ideation to delivery.
• Champion design best practices and foster a culture of creativity.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Balance feature team needs with foundational UX.
• Serve as a thought leader in the "Win and Close" space.
• Inspire and manage a team of talented designers.
• Mentor and guide designers in their career development.
• Contribute to the overall design culture at Apollo.
• Align design strategies and execution with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure design solutions are scalable.
• Help shape the long-term vision for design within the organization.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various products and platforms.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align design strategies with business goals and technical constraints.
• Experience mentoring and developing designers.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
