Notion is seeking a Customer Success Manager, EMEA, to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Notion, a product focused on enabling users to tailor their software to solve problems. This role involves working with customers deploying Notion across their companies, serving as a trusted advisor and product expert, and helping to build the foundations of Customer Success at Notion. The ideal candidate will meaningfully shape the future product by providing customer insights to the product team.
