Job Description
Notion is seeking a Global Head of Customer Success to lead a globally distributed team focused on customer adoption and expansion. This role reports to the Global Head of Sales and is crucial for helping customers maximize the value of Notion products. The ideal candidate will evangelize Notion’s vision of building a connected workspace and drive customer success strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to align the Customer Success organization to company goals.
  • Manage and develop a global customer success team.
  • Build alliances across teams to improve processes and drive the company's value proposition.
  • Meet regularly with enterprise customers to develop and execute tailored success strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Utilize customer success management platforms and tools to streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading go-to-market functions within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing global teams and a diverse customer base.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for understanding customer needs.
  • Data-driven with the ability to set performance indicators.
  • Operational rigor and systems thinking across the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and nurture top talent.
