Job Description
Notion is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to join their AI Connectors team. This role involves working on Notion AI connectors, which help customers find answers to questions outside of Notion, in applications like Slack and Google Drive. The team is responsible for ingesting data from third-party sources and continuously keeping it in sync to provide relevant information for customers. Notion is looking for dynamic, skilled, and experienced engineers who have thrived in fast-paced environments and have a track record of delivering projects frequently.
What this role involves:
- Working with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners to define product strategy and drive execution.
- Building and maintaining foundational pieces of Notion’s building blocks.
- Contributing to the overall performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product.
- Partnering with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high leverage technical investment.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Experience shipping quality user interfaces using web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Thoughtful problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and decompose complex problems.
- Openness to new technologies and programming languages.
- Empathetic communication skills.
