Treasurer

Job Description

Notion, a company focused on making software customizable for everyone, is seeking an experienced and strategic Treasurer to join its Finance team. This role is crucial for managing Notion's global treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships. The Treasurer will optimize capital structure, ensure liquidity, and implement risk management strategies, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer.

• Develop and execute Notion's global treasury strategy.
• Manage daily cash operations and reporting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Develop cash flow forecasts for liquidity optimization and strategic business decisions.
• Lead capital structure planning and execution of financing activities.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures for treasury activities.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury technology infrastructure.
• Manage foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies.
• Partner with accounting, tax, and other finance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
• Strong understanding of global treasury operations, cash management, and financial markets.
• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
• Excellence in financial modeling and analysis.
• Multinational experience dealing with foreign currency.
• Proven success in building a function and creation of new processes and policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
