Job Description
Notion, a company that provides a unified workspace connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email, is seeking an APAC Demand Generation Marketing Lead to join their Sydney office. This role will focus on generating demand for the expanding APAC sales team, excluding Japan and South Korea. The ideal candidate will have strong field marketing experience and a good understanding of digital demand generation channels.
Responsibilities: - Develop the APAC demand generation marketing strategy in partnership with the local sales team.
- Execute in-field demand generation activities such as 3rd party events, Notion hosted events, webinars, partner marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns.
- Partner closely with the local sales team to run outbound campaigns.
- Work closely with the global demand generation marketing team to run paid digital campaigns and to localise/scale our email nurture programs for our target audiences in APAC.
- Analyse audience and target account data to consistently look for new opportunities to run segmented campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales development team to ensure strong lead follow up and optimise the lead funnel through to sales accepted opportunities.
- Continuously optimise programs to ensure we are achieving our ROI metrics and provide regular reporting on activities and how we are tracking against pipeline targets.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Previous experience working with global teams.
- Previous experience working across APAC with a strong focus in A/NZ and Singapore.
- Track record of organising and managing events and running targeted campaigns.
- A builder and business mindset.
Nice to have: - Be a Notion power user and are already an advocate for the tool.
- Experience using Marketo and Salesforce.
- Marketing experience in a PLG SaaS company.
