Job Description
Notion is seeking a Product Lead, Enterprise, to define how large organizations adopt and scale with Notion. This role involves driving improvements in admin controls, security, integrations, APIs, and overall ease of adoption. The Product Lead will collaborate with design, engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to build enterprise-ready features and engage with customers to understand their challenges.
Role involves:
- Defining and driving Notion’s enterprise product strategy.
- Leading a team of product managers to build enterprise-grade features.
- Expanding Notion’s integrations and extensibility features.
- Partnering with GTM teams to understand enterprise requirements.
- Engaging with Notion’s admin and developer communities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of launching and scaling enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements.
- Experience managing and mentoring product managers.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
