Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its EMEA sales team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on the French market. The Account Executive will be instrumental in defining Notion's sales motion, shaping the product, and driving revenue. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
  • Educate contacts on how Notion can increase team collaboration and productivity.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
  • Understand business challenges and goals.
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Help build playbooks and define the sales motion.
  • Liaise with the EMEA user base to provide customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluency in English & French.
  • Hunter mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Track record of high achievement, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong growth mindset and desire to learn and develop.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Builder's mentality, thriving in collaborative environments.

Notion is an in-person company and requires employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
