Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its founding sales team in Seoul, South Korea. This role is crucial in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving business revenue within the Korean market. The Account Executive will play a key role in implementing Notion's go-to-market strategy in Korea, working from the ground up.Role involves:
- Planning, building, and implementing the Korea Go-to-Market strategy.
- Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
- Conducting face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
- Running product demos to close business.
- Building playbooks and best practices.
- Liaising with the APAC user base to provide customer experience.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in both English and Korean.
- A track record of high achievement, consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive and open-minded attitude.
- A builder's mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
