- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering industry experience.
- 3-5 years of people management experience, preferably leading senior engineers and managers.
- Proven track record of technical leadership.
- Strong fundamentals in software architecture at scale and effective engineering processes.
- Experience with Ruby and Python.
- Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals.
