Notion is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its founding sales team in Seoul, South Korea. This role is instrumental in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving revenue. The Sales Development Representative will handle inbound requests, qualify prospects, and prospect new accounts. They will also experiment with outbound activity, educate prospects via various channels, and hold meetings to understand their challenges.What this role involves:
  • Handling inbound requests from prospective customers.
  • Qualifying prospects and taking thorough notes.
  • Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
  • Experimenting with outbound activity to generate Enterprise opportunities.
  • Educating prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Holding meetings with prospective customers.
  • Building playbooks and defining the sales motion.
  • Giving product demos customized to different personas.
  • Collaborating on performance initiatives and product launches.
  • Working with the Marketing team to build feedback loops.
  • Hitting revenue & pipeline generation targets.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech.
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers.
  • A track record of high achievement.
  • Engaging customer skills and high cognitive empathy.
  • Fluency in Korean and business-level English.
