GitLab, an open core software company known for its AI-powered DevSecOps platform, is seeking a Senior Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist. In this role, the individual will bridge product development and market success for cloud-based solutions, focusing on developing and executing strategies to bring cloud products to market effectively, with emphasis on co-selling partnerships.

The Senior Cloud GTM Specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans. They will also champion joint products and solutions to cloud sellers and related teams, providing support at industry and joint marketing events.

What this role involves:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of GTM strategies for cloud products.
  • Capturing buyer feedback during cloud coselling and sharing competitive information.
  • Refining messaging and positioning for cloud products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans.
  • Providing support to champion joint products and solutions to cloud sellers and related teams.
  • Executing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones through effective GTM initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some experience in cloud coselling.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and trends.
  • Strong cloud coselling experience, preferably in the DevOps space.
  • Experience in driving Go-To-Market initiatives, technical partnerships, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for cloud computing.
