Job Description

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect (CSA) to join their team. In this role, the individual will serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, leveraging their expertise in DevSecOps and GitLab's platform to help them achieve their business objectives. The CSA will focus on building strong relationships, providing technical guidance, and driving product adoption, renewal, and expansion.

The Customer Success Architect will work closely with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to provide customer-facing subject matter expertise. They will develop and collaborate on customer workshops, demos, and other enablement activities. The CSA will also maintain specialty competency in technologies related to GitLab's market focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via Zoom calls and emails, providing technical consultancy and guidance.
  • Drive the achievement of measurable value, leading to product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Develop and collaborate on customer workshops, demos, and other enablement.
  • Maintain specialty competency in technologies related to GitLab’s market focus.
  • Contribute to GitLab's documentation, YouTube channel, and other enablement programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with a GitLab use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning).
  • Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields.
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Alignment with GitLab's values.
