Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect to focus on the worldwide SMB segment. This role involves building SMB use cases, enabling SMB advocates, and helping SMB customers realize the value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. The Solutions Architect will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating how GitLab's solutions meet their business requirements. They will drive and manage the technology evaluation and validation stages of the sales process, serving as a product advocate for GitLab's Enterprise Edition.

Role involves:
  • Driving value and change with software development.
  • Supporting successful adoption of the GitLab platform.
  • Collaborating with customers, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Shaping and executing strategies to build mindshare and broad use of the GitLab platform.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting.
  • Proficiency in connecting technology solutions to measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated skill to think strategically about business, products, and technical problems.
  • Software engineering skillset.
  • Ability to distill information into knowledge.
