Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Senior Strategic Enterprise Account Executive in Japan. This role involves supporting GitLab for strategic and large customers, leveraging experience in selling to Enterprise Accounts. The ideal candidate will report to the Japan Enterprise Area Sales Manager.
Role Involves:
- Contributing to root cause analysis on wins/losses.
- Managing assigned accounts and documenting buying criteria and processes.
- Conducting sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities.
- Ensuring successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products.
- Representing the customer by providing product ideas.
- Collaborating with strategic channel partners to generate leads and develop new customers.
Requirements:
- Experience selling into Enterprise Customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing and Electronics customers and associated business processes.
- Proven success with B2B software sales.
- Interest in GitLab and open-source software.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to use GitLab.
