Solutions Architect Enablement Lead

Job Description

GitLab, an open core software company known for its AI-powered DevSecOps platform, is seeking a Field Enablement Program Manager, Solutions Architecture (SA) Enablement. In this role, the individual will assist with the tactical development and execution of SA enablement programs, ensuring GitLab's global SA teams are equipped with the necessary technical depth, resources, tools, and training to effectively position GitLab for customers.

The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive technical and skills enablement programs, developing and maintaining training curriculum and certification programs, and partnering with various teams to create enablement content. The individual will also lead the development of best practices, establish metrics for program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement of onboarding programs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles
• Deep expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native technologies
• Proven track record of developing successful SA enablement programs
• Excellence in content creation and curriculum development
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills
• Experience measuring and reporting on enablement program effectiveness
• Familiarity with learning management systems and technical content delivery platforms
