Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Sr. Strategic Professional Services Engagement Manager to drive customer adoption of the GitLab platform. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to shape customer engagements and ensure customer satisfaction. The Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Engagement Management, and primarily support Enterprise clients in Southern Europe.
Role involves:
- Performing discovery to understand customer needs and desired outcomes.
- Identifying standard and custom services to align with customer outcomes.
- Building custom-scoped services engagement proposals for strategic customers.
- Forecasting quarterly bookings using Salesforce/Clari.
- Building relationships with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Architects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of professional services selling processes.
- Experience with Salesforce for prospecting, forecasting, and quoting.
- Understanding of SDLC, Version Control Systems, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Fluent French.
