Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to engage with customers, providing installation, migration, training, and advisory services. This role involves handling installations, migrations, and advisory services across the GitLab feature stack. The Senior Professional Services Engineer will interface with customers and GitLab's Product/Engineering teams to ensure customer success and drive improvements in GitLab features and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback to Project Managers and Engagement Managers.
- Streamline and improve delivery processes.
- Provide mentorship for Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers.
- Manage/oversee/deliver on multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Professional exposure with IaC/CaC technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef).
- Professional exposure with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive disposition and solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and self-managing.
