Product Manager

Job Description

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager to lead backoffice solutions within its Government Solutions business. The Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution, chart the roadmap, and manage the lifecycle of Verra Mobility’s market-leading backoffice systems. This role involves partnering with leaders across product, operations, engineering, IT, and sales teams to drive innovation and leverage the latest technologies. The Product Manager will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to manage backoffice systems across their product lifecycles, gather requirements, scope initiatives, establish product roadmaps, and work with development and support teams to ensure high product quality while minimizing cost.Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes.
• Develop strong relationships with product stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor business, market, and technology trends.
• Maintain a roadmap and release plan.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance.
• Determine internal and external resources required.
• Partner with engineering and support teams.
• Guide the product engineering team.
• Identify and resolve blockers.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to standards.
• Manage investment decision-making and finances.
• Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology and product development.
• Minimum 3 years in defining requirements and prototyping.
• Minimum 3 years leading product strategy.
• Broad understanding of cloud and compute technologies.
• Excellent skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis.
• Solid written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive client interactions.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
