Neptune.ai is seeking a Staff Frontend Software Engineer to join their fully remote team in Europe. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural design and impact product development. This role requires strong software engineering and web programming skills, along with the ability to drive business value through technical solutions.
Role Involves:
- Participating in daily software development and code reviews.
- Leading the development of strategic features for the web UI application.
- Designing and implementing architectural solutions for complex problems.
- Proposing improvements to the product, code base, and team processes.
Requirements:
- Current residence in Europe.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of the web tech stack and its building blocks.
- Solid software engineering foundations.
- Concise and logical communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Experience in leading 3-5 people engineering teams.
