Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer. The engineer will contribute to the development and maintenance of features used by millions of philanthropists. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring code quality, and maintaining documentation.

• Building and maintaining features.
• Enforcing well-written tests and clean code.
• Refactoring and deleting code for long-term usability.
• Designing, refactoring, and maintaining the database model.
• Maintaining written documentation.
• Creating visually appealing interfaces.
• Reviewing and testing pull requests.
• Deploying priority bug fixes.

• 10+ years as a Software Engineer.
• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Database modeling, and SQL.
• Experience with vanilla Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate English writing and speaking skills.
