Job Description
Huge is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to join its global Product Management team. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define core platform vision, goals, and requirements, all while aligning priorities leading to product execution and evolution. The Associate Director will work remotely within the United Kingdom.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with user experience professionals, visual designers, and engineers to optimize platform functionality.
- Creating and maintaining product documentation, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
- Prioritizing development activities with engineering teams and determining the best technical implementation methods.
- Working closely with QA on acceptance testing and leading platform product launches.
- Utilizing research, data analysis, A/B testing, and competitive research to validate opportunities.
- Acting as the voice of both users and developers during day-to-day aspects of product development.
- Helping define and refine working processes to maximize efficiency.
- Mentoring and managing team members.
- Actively participating in a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies.
- AEM experience preferred.
- Experience delivering digital products and services.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts.
- Demonstrated thoroughness, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
