Job Description
Interwell Health is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to enroll eligible health plan members into the CKD program. In this remote role, the coordinator will contact eligible members to discuss the benefits of the CKD program and persuade them to join. The Enrollment Coordinator will collaborate with various operational business units while supporting departmental objectives within company and regulatory guidelines.What this role involves:
  • Making outbound calls to contact referred members of contracted clients to engage and educate members on the CKD program and its benefits.
  • Effectively communicating how Interwell Health's services could benefit prospective patients, overcome patient objections, understand the elements of our value proposition, and adapt this to patients’ needs and concerns.
  • Meeting or exceeding set goals, such as rate of enrollments/engagements, call volume, and documentation quality.
  • Following established company policies and procedures and apply acquired job skills to accomplish daily enrollment/ un-enrollment operations/processes.
  • Determining eligibility for related plan members to ensure compliance, and obtain missing information for enrollment completion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, call center, or sales
  • Strong track record of meeting performance goals
  • Excellent phone presence, including active listening and clear verbal communication
  • Clear and concise written communication
  • Positive, compassionate, and tenacious professional approach; must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
