Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Interwell Health is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager of Analytics & Insight-Driven products. In this role, the individual will spearhead the design, development, integration, and management of techniques and tools to fast-forward the time to insights across data services, data analysts, data science, business product and reporting teams. This role centers on enhancing the tools and techniques Interwell Health uses to increase the quality of patient, provider, and payer data so that internal customers get accurate, reliable, and timely data to perform analysis.What this role involves:

• Defining and driving the vision for our suite of techniques, tools and systems to drive speed and consistency of analytics and insight data products.
• Overseeing the integration of diverse healthcare data sources including benefits verification, and critical data about patients, providers and payers.
• Managing wide range of integrations (batch and API-driven) with third-party providers, ensuring seamless data ingestion and analytical utility.
• Collaborating with engineering,healthcare insights, and design teams to prioritize, define, and deliver features that enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Maintaining a product roadmap and release schedule that reflects business priorities and market dynamics.
• Performing, hands-on, exploratory data analysis and prototyping of data products and concepts to accelerate product development time.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Gathering and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to continually refine our data solutions.
• Ensuring all data processes comply with relevant regulations such as HIPAA and are designed with privacy and security at the forefront.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in complex data management roles within healthcare or healthtech, including significant experience with master data management and healthcare data systems that have at least 100,000 patients and/or 10,000 providers.
• Deep understanding of patient, provider and payer data in large-scale healthcare systems, master data management,integrations with external systems.
• Experience with modern data analytics tools/suites like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Availity and Lexis Nexis preferred.
• SQL skills (querying, manipulating data)
• Experience creating dashboards with Data Visualization tools E.g. PowerBI, Matplatlib, Seaborn, Plotly, d3.js, Tableau, Looker, Qlik sense
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA,FHIR, Claims data formats and coding standards (ie ICD 10), Tuva, OMOP.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and lead large initiatives to deliver value periodically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving attitude.
