Senior Program Manager, Provider Operations

Job Description

Interwell Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a team within its Provider Operations Team. This role involves acting as a liaison between the provider network and nephrology practices, facilitating a smooth transition to Value-Based Care. The Senior Program Manager will lead a team of Program Managers and will require leadership skills, patience and adaptability, a diligent work ethic, excellent communication skills.Role involves:

• Acting as the SME of intricate Value-Based Care Programs and/or agreements.
• Communicating complex information to stakeholders.
• Providing customer service to stakeholders.
• Investigating and resolving issues.
• Assisting nephrology partners in achieving success within value-based care.
• Executing company initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of provider interactions.
• Ensuring timely training and onboarding to Network Providers.
• Supporting and mentoring Program Managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree desirable.
• Experience leading teams to successful outcomes.
• Experience working with physicians and practices, nephrology-specific experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Superior attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
• Independent and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
