Job Description
Interwell Health is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves evolving the corporate strategy, ensuring the success of corporate initiatives, and partnering with functional leaders to solve strategic and operational challenges. The Manager will tackle complex business questions using market intelligence, data, and industry knowledge, bringing structure to key strategic problems and working with executives and investors.
Responsibilities: - Bring strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to business, finance, product, and operational questions.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance issues, defining actionable improvement levers.
- Operationalize cross-functional strategy decisions with internal function leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of Interwell Health’s business and the value-based Kidney Care industry.
- Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including the executive team.
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements: - BA/BS degree and 4+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-related role at a health care services business.
- Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system.
- Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to apply frameworks, analyze data, and bring clarity to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and highly productive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Naturally curious and action-oriented.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
