Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a VP of Business Systems & AI Transformation to lead the company's AI-driven transformation efforts. This role involves reimagining business systems as AI-native functions, embedding automation, intelligent workflows, and seamless system integrations into the core of Apollo’s operations. The VP will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for architecting Apollo’s next-generation infrastructure, ensuring core business processes, data systems, and enterprise applications are seamlessly integrated, AI-powered, and optimized for scale.Apollo.io is one of the fastest growing companies in SaaS, raising approximately $250 million to date and valued at $1.6 billion.Role involves:

• Designing and implementing AI-native business systems.
• Architecting a fully integrated, AI-powered business ecosystem.
• Streamlining critical business operations.
• Identifying opportunities for AI-powered transformation.
• Driving consensus across opinionated VPs and senior leadership.
• Providing deep technical leadership in Salesforce, Workday, and ERP systems.
• Ensuring Apollo’s systems scale efficiently and remain compliant.

Requirements:

• 10+ years leading Business Systems, IT, or Enterprise Architecture at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven experience implementing AI-driven automation in business operations.
• Expertise in Salesforce, Workday, CPQ, ERP, Finance/HR systems, and enterprise data architecture.
• Track record of driving cross-functional transformation and aligning senior leadership.
• Hands-on technical ability to dive into systems, automate workflows, and drive implementation.
