Responsibilities: - Provide partnership and support in organizational design.
- Address critical organizational and people issues.
- Use data to drive People strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and develop key talent.
- Build performance management capabilities.
- Align with business leaders to deliver key initiatives.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong focus on EMEA (specifically Poland).
- BA or equivalent degree.
- Ability to establish relationships and build trust.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of EMEA employment law specifically in Poland and Ireland.
- Proven track record demonstrating agility in a growing business.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Remain resilient within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in use of Google Suite.
