Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to join their recruiting team in Mexico City. The role will initially be remote but will transition to requiring four days a week in the office. The Senior Business Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for entry and senior-level roles within Apollo's Sales, Support, and Success organizations.

This individual will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Business Recruiter will serve as a key strategic partner, collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure the company hires top talent that will drive the mission forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for early career and senior positions in Sales, Success, and Support teams
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and drive sourcing reachouts
  • Lead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders on role requirements, local laws, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
  • Utilize data and analytics to track progress and optimize processes
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, following established processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for revenue-generating roles
  • Proven experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong experience working with leaders at all levels
  • Expertise in data-driven recruiting
  • Familiarity with Revenue Ops organizations and product-led growth models
  • Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
