Lucid Motors is seeking a Service PDI Supervisor to lead the future in luxury electric and mobility. The ideal candidate will ensure quality verification standards, coach quality resources, and manage Service PDI activities. This role involves coordinating with various teams to meet dispatching goals and improve detectability. The Service PDI Supervisor will also develop training plans and ensure the use of Sales Force Application for vehicle tracking.
Responsibilities: - Ensure employees follow health and safety guidelines.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Implement quality verification standards and control plans.
- Train and coach quality resources.
- Manage Service PDI Inspection and Handover activities.
- Track vehicle processing and inventory.
- Coordinate with various teams for vehicle readiness.
- Collect feedback and update Quality Inspection processes.
- Develop and implement training plans.
- Ensure use of Sales Force Application.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- English Language functional literacy; Arabic is a plus.
- Automotive/Manufacturing/Quality experience.
- Strong ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Familiarity with OEM quality inspection processes and standards.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
