Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its SMB Account Management team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a customer-centric approach. This role involves managing a team of 7+ Account Managers, overseeing revenue and retention, and providing coaching and performance management.Apollo.io is looking for someone to:
  • Hire, onboard, and develop Account Managers.
  • Manage daily team activities to drive customer value.
  • Implement renewal and expansion forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop playbooks.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success Leadership.
Requirements for this position include:
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Renewals Management, or Account Management.
  • 1+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing product adoption.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams.
