Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Advisor in Zürich to engage with customers who have ordered Lucid vehicles. This role involves guiding customers through the ownership process, collecting information, and coordinating vehicle deliveries. The Delivery Advisor will play a key role in building the Lucid Motors brand by delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Coach customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform deliveries in a personal, efficient, and inspirational way.
  • Educate customers on the product and ownership experience.
  • Handle objections and instill confidence in customers.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Collect and record customer information with accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with various teams.
  • Record customer feedback to improve products and processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and communicate solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, support, or customer-facing role in automotive.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English and B-level in French
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Eye for detail and a precise and accurate worker.
  • Strong storytelling, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-starter and quick thinker with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work rotationally on the weekend.
  • Driver license and a clean driving record.
  • Flexible to travel on short notice.
