OfferUp is seeking a motivated Account Executive for an entry-level role based in Bellevue, Washington. This role supports the company's efforts to expand its offerings for businesses, including auto dealers and local businesses, nationwide. The Account Executive will contribute to building a strong foundation of satisfied customers and the overall success of OfferUp.This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities: - Make 50-60 calls daily to secure new business by selling OfferUp Business and/or OfferUp Verified Dealer Programs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Research and prospect new customers in targeted territories.
- Discover successful sales strategies for various businesses.
- Use the tech stack for accurate reporting and efficient outreach.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Track and report on all prospecting activity in Salesforce.com.
Requirements: - Track record of setting appointments and/or selling subscription marketing/advertising services over the phone is valued.
- Experience in a short sales cycle is preferred.
- 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience with a tech company.
- Competitive drive, optimism, and confidence.
- Proficiency in prospecting and hunting for new clients.
- Resourceful and adaptable with creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
