Job Description
ASG is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Manager. This role will oversee and optimize the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of policies, systems, and processes across ASG. The HR Operations Manager will also manage the day to day function for our holding company team across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a passion for data and people systems, is highly analytical, and will champion ASG’s culture and values.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and compliance programs.
  • Overseeing benefits administration.
  • Managing the annual retirement audit process.
  • Providing counsel on employee relations cases.
  • Leading HR due diligence for M&A.
  • Supporting HR transition and onboarding of acquired companies.
  • Managing and optimizing HRIS and related platforms.
  • Supporting talent acquisition operations.
  • Managing the payroll review cycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation administration, salary planning, or HR analytics.
  • Experience in M&A due diligence and post-close HR integration.
  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, systems, and employment law.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
