Job Description
Huntress is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the SOC product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success and expansion of the company's SOC product, a cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform. This role involves casting the vision to scale the managed product architecture, sustaining growth, and ensuring SMB and mid-market customers are secure with cutting-edge capabilities.
Responsibilities: - Setting the MDR platform vision and strategy.
- Coaching and leading product management staff.
- Creating detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Prioritizing features and assessing market needs.
- Driving product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders to execute product launches.
- Deriving feedback and insights from customers.
- Serving as the intermediary between engineering and senior leadership.
- Driving high-level strategic initiatives.
- Working with design teams to produce mockups and prototypes.
- Managing and driving results from user experience testing.
- Providing product metrics to track and analyze the success of the product strategy.
Requirements: - 7+ years in a direct product management role with responsibility for MDR products.
- Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products.
- Mid-market experience is a significant benefit.
- Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy.
- Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes.
- Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments.
- Strong creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms).
