Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. The role involves becoming a digital marketing expert and developing a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships. The representative will work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different, and will have the opportunity to have fun, work hard, and celebrate wins with their local team.

Requirements for this role include a refuse-to-lose attitude, grit, relentless perseverance, and being a self-starter. The ideal candidate should crave ongoing learning, be quick-witted, adaptable, and strategic, and be a problem solver and relationship builder. 1-2 years of sales experience OR experience/internships in Retail, Business Development, Teaching, Healthcare, Management, Military background, or Self-employed is required.
