Product Manager, Kubernetes - PerfectScale

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Product Manager to work on PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining requirements, collaborating with R&D, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
• Analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and iterating based on performance insights.
• Partnering with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
• Acting as the customer’s advocate internally.
• Contributing to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem is a plus.
