Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Product Manager to work on PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining clear requirements for the engineering team, bridging the gap between product vision and development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves proactive engagement with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and drive product execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing clear requirements, user stories, and flows.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
- Refining product-market fit and enhancing user experience.
- Analyzing customer feedback and industry trends.
- Defining success metrics and tracking adoption.
- Partnering with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategies.
- Acting as the customer’s advocate.
- Contributing to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to analyze data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in post-acquisition integration is a plus.
