Product Manager, Kubernetes - PerfectScale

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Product Manager to work on PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining clear requirements for the engineering team, bridging the gap between product vision and development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves proactive engagement with stakeholders to remove roadblocks, refine priorities, and drive a structured approach to product execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
• Analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and iterating based on performance insights.
• Partnering with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
• Acting as the customer’s advocate internally.
• Contributing to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem is a plus.
