Product Manager, Kubernetes - PerfectScale

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Product Manager to work on PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining requirements, working with R&D, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and driving product execution.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product-market fit and enhance user experience.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance insights.
• Partner with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the customer’s advocate internally, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation, adoption, growth, and renewals.
• Influence and contribute to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem is a plus.
